A scoped SOW within a week. Fixed-price for finite deliverables (SSP rewrites, gap analyses, mock audits) — T&M for open-ended consulting. No retainers unless you want them.

We set up a secure shared workspace, confirm points of contact, and align on a weekly cadence. Within the first ten days you will have a project schedule mapped to your AO calendar.

Weekly working sessions and an always-current status doc. Findings are recorded as we go — you never get a 47-page surprise at the end of week ten.

Final artifacts are walked through with your team. We coach the people who will defend them in front of the assessor — because they will.
